Rachel and I met while I was serving my mission in Birmingham England Mission. She was in my last area and after I finished, we started talking and decided to start dating. After speaking on the phone for a month, I returned to England to date her. Staying with friends for 6 months we continued to develop our friendship and had fun doing whatever we wanted to- sightseeing, canoeing, going to the beach, playing sports and just hanging out. Things were still going well, so I brought her back to Utah to meet my family. After a month, we were engaged to be married. After nearly a year of getting to know eachother we were civilly married in Birmingham, England on March 25, 2006 and later that night we were sealed in the London England Temple.
